If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Emmental and head towards the main road, which is the A6. Follow the A6 towards Spiez, and take the exit for Hilterfingen. Once on Staatsstrasse, continue straight for about 5 km until you reach Hünegg Castle, which will be on your right. Parking is available near the castle, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

To reach Hünegg Castle via public transportation, take a train from Emmental to Thun. From Thun, transfer to the bus line 21 towards Hilterfingen. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the Hilterfingen, Schloss stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Hünegg Castle, following the signs. Ensure you check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary.
