If you are driving from the heart of Emmental, start by heading towards the main road (A6) leading to Bern. Take the exit towards Bern Wankdorf. Continue on the A1 towards Bern. Exit at 'Bern' and follow the signs for 'Zentrum'. As you approach the city, you will notice signs for the Lorrainebrücke. Follow the directions for 'Lorraine' and park in one of the nearby parking lots, such as the 'Parkhaus Bahnhof'. From there, it’s a short walk to Lorrainebrücke.

To reach Lorrainebrücke by public transport from Emmental, first take a train from your local station (e.g., Burgdorf or Langnau) heading towards Bern. Once you arrive at Bern's main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and look for the tram stop located outside the station. Take tram line 9 towards 'Wankdorf' or line 11 towards 'Grosser Muristalden'. Get off at 'Lorraine', which is just a short distance from Lorrainebrücke. This entire journey should take around 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on connections.
