    From Emmental, get onto the A6 highway towards Bern. Follow the A6 for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Wabern/Bern-Zentrum, merging onto the A1. Continue on the A1 for about 5 kilometers, then take the exit towards Bern Zentrum. Follow signs for Bern and then Altenbergrain. The Universität Bern Botanical Garden will be located at Altenbergrain 21, 3013 Bern. There is usually no entrance fee for the garden.
