Take the train from Emmental to Bern. The main train station in Emmental is in Burgdorf. Board a train towards Bern, which runs frequently and takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bern's main train station, exit and follow the signs to the tram stops. You can take tram line 9 towards 'Grosser Muristalden' or tram line 7 towards 'Grosser Muristalden' and disembark at the 'Zytglogge' stop.
