Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards Chem. du Musée 10, 1700 Fribourg. Use a GPS or map application to navigate to this address. Upon arrival, you can find parking nearby, but please note that some parking areas may require a fee. Make sure to check the parking signs for any applicable charges.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you are travelling by train, take a train to Fribourg railway station. Once you arrive at the station, exit towards the bus terminal. From there, take Bus Line 2 towards 'Gare - Poya'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Musée' stop, which is a short walk from the Botanical Garden. Follow the signs to Chem. du Musée 10.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  If you are already in Fribourg and prefer to use the bus, you can take Bus Line 7 or Bus Line 10 from various points in the city. Make sure to check the schedules and direction. Get off at the 'Musée' stop, which is near the Botanical Garden. From the stop, walk about 5 minutes to reach Chem. du Musée 10.

• Walking

  If you are staying in the city center of Fribourg, the Botanical Garden is about a 20-minute walk away. Start from the Fribourg Cathedral (Cathedral of St. Nicholas) and head downhill towards the river. Cross the bridge and follow the signs toward the museum area. Continue straight until you reach Chem. du Musée 10, where the Botanical Garden is located.
