Car
If you're driving, begin from the center of Fribourg. Head towards Rue de Morat, which is approximately 2 kilometers away. You can take the Avenue de la Gare and follow the signs for Morat. Upon reaching Rue de Morat, look for the address number 36. There is limited street parking available nearby, so be sure to check for parking restrictions. Note that parking fees may apply.
Public Transportation - Bus
From the Fribourg train station, take the bus line 1 towards 'Givisiez, Boulangerie'. Alight at the 'Rue de Morat' stop, which takes approximately 10 minutes. After disembarking, walk 5 minutes along Rue de Morat until you reach number 36. Ensure you have a valid ticket, which can be purchased at the station or via the local public transport app.
Public Transportation - Tram
Although there are no direct tram lines to Rue de Morat, you can take a tram from Fribourg train station (Tram line 1 or 2) towards 'Bourguillon'. Change at 'Fribourg, Ctre' and catch bus line 1 towards 'Givisiez, Boulangerie'. Disembark at the 'Rue de Morat' stop and walk 5 minutes to the destination. Remember to purchase a ticket before boarding.
Walking
If you are near the central area of Fribourg, you can walk to Porte de Morat. Start at the Fribourg Cathedral and head south towards Rue de Morat. It's about a 20-minute walk (approximately 1.5 kilometers). Follow the signs for Morat and keep straight until you reach number 36. This route is scenic and allows you to enjoy the beautiful architecture of Fribourg.
