We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Nelson. He was incredibly informative and drove us to gorgeous, scenic towns and a breathtaking gorge. It was a long day, over 12 hours, but what an experience. Would highly recommend Nelson for the trip. If you have a day available, BOOK IT. It was the highlight of our week in breathtaking Switzerland. We can not wait to return, 6 days is not nearly enough.

An Unforgettable Private Tour – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We decided to book a private tour with Nate for our couple’s trip, and after looking at many different options, one of the main reasons we chose this company was because they offer Spanish-speaking guides. We both speak English, but having a guide who can communicate in your native language makes such a big difference, especially when you want to fully understand the history and details of the places you are visiting. From the very beginning, the communication with the company was excellent. They were always very responsive and quick to answer our emails, both during the quote process and when making the booking. They were also very flexible when it came to choosing our preferred pickup time, which we really appreciated. On the day of the tour, everything was perfectly organized. The vehicle was actually ready a few minutes before our scheduled pickup time. We had a beautiful Mercedes SUV that was extremely clean, comfortable, and, as a nice touch, there was already water available for both of us. But what really made this experience special was Nate. We visited so many beautiful places that looked like they came straight out of a postcard, but having the right guide made the day even better. Nate was incredibly attentive from beginning to end. He explained everything in detail, shared interesting information, and was always happy to answer our questions. He also went above and beyond to make the day as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He was constantly offering to take photos of us, and he actually took some incredible pictures that we will keep as memories of the trip. He was always thinking one step ahead, finding ways to make things easier for us and avoiding unnecessary walking whenever possible. He also gave us great recommendations throughout the day and genuinely seemed interested in making sure we were having a great experience. We honestly cannot thank Nate enough for his service, hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The destinations were amazing, but having a guide like Nate is what made the entire day so memorable. If I had to summarize our experience in one sentence, I would say: This company is a guarantee, especially if you are looking for a Spanish-friendly private tour.
