Start at the Grindelwald train station. Take the train towards Interlaken Ost. The journey is scenic and takes about 30 minutes. Disembark at the Kandergrund train station. From there, Blausee is approximately a 20-minute walk. Exit the train station and head south on the main road (Kanderstegstrasse). Follow the signs for Blausee, which will lead you through a beautiful forest path.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can hike from Grindelwald to Kandergrund. Start at the Grindelwald train station and follow the trail towards Waldspitz. The hike takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Kandergrund, continue on the path leading to Blausee, which is well-marked. The total hiking time from Grindelwald to Blausee may take around 3 hours.

From Grindelwald, take a local bus to Kandergrund. The bus stop is located near the train station. Check the bus schedule for times as it may vary. The bus ride takes around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Kandergrund, follow the signs to Blausee. It is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop, heading south on Kanderstegstrasse.
