Train and Hiking
From Grindelwald, walk to the Grindelwald train station, which is located in the center of the village. Purchase a ticket to Kandersteg at the ticket counter or using the ticket machines. Once you have your ticket, board the train towards Interlaken Ost and change at Spiez. From Spiez, take the train to Kandersteg. Upon arriving in Kandersteg, exit the train station and follow the signs to the Blüemlisalphütte. The hike to the hut is approximately 2.5 hours, following well-marked trails. Ensure you have appropriate hiking gear and check the weather conditions before starting your hike.

If you prefer not to hike immediately, you can take a bus from Grindelwald to Kandersteg. Walk to the nearest bus stop in Grindelwald and board the bus heading to Kandersteg.
