If you are starting from Grindelwald's main train station, exit the station and turn left onto the Bahnhofstrasse. Continue on this street for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Dorfstrasse. Turn right onto Dorfstrasse. Walk straight for approximately 500 meters, passing several shops and cafes until you reach EIGER + North Face Square, located at Dorfstrasse 100. The square will be on your left-hand side.

If you are staying at the Hotel Glacier, exit the hotel and head south on the main road (Dorfstrasse). Walk straight for about 600 meters. You will pass the local supermarket and various shops along the way. EIGER + North Face Square is located at Dorfstrasse 100, which will be on your right-hand side.

From the First Cable Car station, head down the path towards the village center. Follow the signs leading to Grindelwald and descend the hill. When you reach the village, turn right onto Dorfstrasse. Continue walking for about 700 meters until you arrive at EIGER + North Face Square at Dorfstrasse 100, situated on your left.
