Getting there

Walking

Start from the center of Grindelwald near the train station (Grindelwald Bahnhof). Exit the station and head southwest on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Grosse Scheidegg Road. Turn left onto Grosse Scheidegg Road, which will lead you towards the Gummi Talstation. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful scenery, and the road will eventually curve. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Gummi Talstation. It is approximately a 20-30 minute walk from the train station.

Public Transport (Bus)

From Grindelwald Bahnhof, take the local bus (Bus Line 1) towards Grosse Scheidegg. The bus stop is right outside the train station. Ensure you check the bus timetable as it may vary, especially in off-peak seasons. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the Gummi Talstation stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs leading to the Talstation entrance.

Taxi

If you prefer a quicker option and don't mind spending a little more, you can also take a taxi from Grindelwald Bahnhof. Taxis are available right outside the train station.
