Train
From Grindelwald, head to the Grindelwald Bahnhof (train station). There, purchase a ticket for the train to Kleine Scheidegg. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Once you arrive at Kleine Scheidegg, look for the signs directing you to the Jungfraujoch. You will need to transfer to the Jungfrau Railway, which will take you to the Jungfraujoch station. This leg of the journey takes about 40 minutes.
Train
Once you arrive at Jungfraujoch station, you will be at an altitude of 3,454 meters (11,332 feet). Follow the signs to the Sphinx Observatory, which is a short walk from the station. The observatory is located at the top level of the Jungfraujoch complex, and you will need to take the elevator or stairs to reach the observation deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier and surrounding peaks.
