Getting There

  • Train

    From Interlaken, head to the Interlaken West train station. Take a train towards Spiez, which typically runs every 30 minutes. After approximately 20 minutes, you will arrive at the station called 'Beatenbucht'. Exit the train and follow the signs directing you to the Niederhornbahn cable car station, which is a short walk from the train station.

  • Bus

    Alternatively, from Interlaken Ost station, you can take a bus towards Beatenberg. The bus stop is located right outside the station. Make sure to check the bus schedule, as buses run less frequently. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Beatenberg, follow the signs to the Niederhornbahn cable car station located at Schmockenstrasse 253.
