Train
From Interlaken Ost train station, take a train towards Spiez. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Oberhofen, exit the train station and walk towards the lake. Follow the signs leading to Schloss Oberhofen, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station. You will see the castle as you approach the lake.
Bus
From Interlaken, take bus number 21 towards Oberhofen. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Oberhofen Schloss stop. The castle is just a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs to Schloss Oberhofen, and you will reach your destination in less than 5 minutes.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Interlaken. Head towards the Aare River and follow the bike path that runs along the river. Continue along the path until you reach Thunersee (Lake Thun). Follow the lakeside path towards Oberhofen. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes, and you will enjoy scenic views of the lake and mountains along the way. Schloss Oberhofen will be clearly visible as you approach.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk to Schloss Oberhofen from Interlaken. Start from the center of Interlaken and head towards the Aare River. Follow the riverbanks towards the Thunersee.
