Getting There

  • Train

    From Interlaken Ost train station, take a train towards Bern. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Bern train station, exit the train and follow the signs to the main concourse. From there, head towards the main exit of the station.

  • Walking

    Once you exit the Bern train station, walk towards the left exit, which leads you to Bahnhofplatz. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes and you will see the Tourist Information Center located at Bahnhofpl. 10A on your left.

  • Public Transport (Tram/Bus)

    Alternatively, after exiting the Bern train station, you can take tram line 9 or bus line 10 from the stop directly outside the station. Get off at the 'Zytglogge' stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Tourist Information Center. Head back towards the tram/bus stop and go straight down Kramgasse until you reach the intersection with Bahnhofplatz, where you will find the center at Bahnhofpl. 10A.
