Public Transport
From the Lausanne city center, walk to the Lausanne train station (Gare de Lausanne). Take the train to Genève (Geneva) which runs frequently. The journey takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Genève, transfer to tram line 12 towards 'Moillesulaz'. Ride the tram for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Cologny' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Genève-Plage. Head down Quai de Cologny, and you'll see the entrance to Genève-Plage on your left.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start at the Lausanne Cathedral (Cathédrale de Lausanne). From there, walk down to the Ouchy waterfront, which is about a 15-minute walk. Once at Ouchy, follow the lakeside path (Promenade) towards the direction of Geneva. This scenic route will take about an hour. Continue walking along the lake until you reach Cologny. Once in Cologny, follow the signs to Genève-Plage, which should be on your right along the Quai de Cologny.

Bus
From Lausanne, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Lausanne, Gare'. Take Bus number 33 towards 'Lausanne, Ouchy' and get off at 'Ouchy, Port'. From there, take Bus number 21 towards 'Genève, Aéroport' and get off at 'Cologny, Port-Noir'. From the bus stop, it's a 5-minute walk to Genève-Plage. Head towards the lake and follow the signs directing you to the beach entrance.
