    If you are near the Lausanne Metro station, take Line M2 (the blue line) in the direction of Ouchy. Get off at the stop 'Ouchy' (about 5-10 minutes ride). From the 'Ouchy' station, walk up the hill towards the city center. Continue straight on Avenue de la Gare, and take a right onto Avenue du Théâtre. The Lausanne Opera will be on your left at Av. du Théâtre 12.

    Find the nearest bus stop and take bus line 21 or 22 towards 'Gare' or 'Cité'. Get off at the 'Gare' stop (the main train station). Continue straight ahead on Avenue du Théâtre, and you'll find the Lausanne Opera at Av. du Théâtre 12 on your left.
