Metro
To reach Parc du Denantou via public transport, start by finding the nearest Metro station, either 'Lausanne Gare' or 'Ouchy'. From 'Lausanne Gare', take Line M2 towards 'Ouchy'. After a 4-stop ride, disembark at the 'Ouchy' station. From here, exit the station and head towards the lake. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying views of Lake Geneva. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the entrance of Parc du Denantou, located on your left.
Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, head to the nearest bus stop. From 'Lausanne Gare', take Bus 21 towards 'Chavannes-près-Renens, gare'. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Denantou'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk. Head northeast along Rue du Denantou for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Parc du Denantou.
Walking
For those who enjoy walking, you can reach Parc du Denantou directly on foot. Starting from the city center (Place de la Palud), head southwest along Rue de la Mercerie. Continue onto Rue de la Borde, which will lead you towards the park. It is approximately a 30-minute scenic walk through Lausanne's charming streets, with the park's entrance located at Unnamed Road, 1006 Lausanne.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services available in Lausanne. Start from the city center and head towards the lake along the cycle path. Follow the route along the waterfront towards Ouchy, then continue along the lakeside until you reach Parc du Denantou. The bike ride takes about 15-20 minutes, and you can park your bike at the designated areas near the park entrance.
