Train
From Lausanne, head to the Lausanne Gare (train station). You can walk to the station from the city center, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Yvoire. You will take a train to Geneva, and then transfer at Geneva Cornavin station to catch a train towards Evian-les-Bains. After about an hour, get off at the station called 'Yvoire'. From the train station, follow the signs to walk toward the town center, which will take you around 15 minutes.

At the Lausanne Gare, look for the bus terminal nearby. You will take the bus number 711 towards 'Yvoire'. The bus journey will take roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Yvoire, you will find yourself close to the picturesque village center.

From Lausanne, travel to the Ouchy waterfront by walking or taking the metro to Ouchy station. At the Ouchy port, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Yvoire. The ferry ride offers stunning views of Lake Geneva and takes about 35 minutes. Upon arriving at Yvoire, you can easily walk to the main attractions of the village from the ferry dock.
