From the Ouchy waterfront promenade, head northeast along the lakeshore. Walk towards the Palais de Beaulieu, which is a large conference center. As you approach the Palais de Beaulieu, you will see signs directing you to Place du Vieux-Port. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, where you will find a small bridge that leads over the railway tracks.
