Walking
If you are in the city center of Lausanne, make your way towards the Ouchy waterfront area. Start from the Place de la Gare and head south towards the lake. Walk down Avenue de la Gare until you reach the lakeside promenade. Turn right onto the promenade and continue walking along the lake until you reach the Parc Olympique. From there, continue along the promenade until you arrive at Avenue de Rhodanie. The Lausanne Tourisme | Bureaux administratifs is located at Av. de Rhodanie 2, just a short walk from the lake. Look for the building with the Lausanne Tourisme signage.

Metro
If you are near the Lausanne Metro station, take the M2 line (Blue line) towards Ouchy. Get off at the Ouchy station. Exit the metro and walk towards the lake. From there, follow the lakeside promenade heading towards the Parc Olympique. After a short walk along the lake, turn onto Avenue de Rhodanie. The Lausanne Tourisme | Bureaux administratifs will be on your left at Av. de Rhodanie 2.

If you're near the central bus station (Gare), take the bus line 21 or 22 towards Ouchy. Disembark at the 'Ouchy' stop. After exiting the bus, walk towards the lake and follow the lakeside promenade.
