The train will take you to Domodossola, where you will need to change trains. After changing, take the regional train towards Milano Centrale and get off at Stresa. The entire journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Stresa station, Isola Bella is easily accessible by taking a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the ferry terminal, where you can catch a ferry to the island.
