    From Locarno, walk to the Locarno train station. Look for the bus stop located just outside the station. Take the bus number 2 towards 'Lago di Lecco'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Lago di Lecco' stop. From there, you will see the lake directly ahead.

    Train and Bus

    Start at Locarno train station and take a train to 'Lecco'. Once you arrive at Lecco station, exit and locate the bus terminal adjacent to the train station. Take bus number 1 towards 'Lago di Lecco'. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Lago di Lecco' stop, and the lake will be in front of you.

    Walking

    If you are near the city center of Locarno, you can walk to Lago di Lecco. Head northeast on Via della Stazione towards Via delle Scuole. Continue on Via delle Scuole, which will lead you to the lakeside path. Follow the lakeside path for about 5 kilometers until you reach Lago di Lecco. The walk will take approximately 1 hour and offers beautiful views along the way.
