From Locarno, walk to the Locarno bus station, which is located near the main train station. Look for the bus line heading to Como. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Como, disembark at the 'Como - Piazza Cavour' stop. From there, walk towards the lakefront, and follow the promenade to the Diga foranea Piero Caldirola.
