Train
From Lucerne, head to the Lucerne train station (Bahnhof Luzern). Purchase a ticket to Grindelwald, which typically requires a transfer at Interlaken Ost. Board the train towards Interlaken and enjoy the scenic ride. Upon reaching Interlaken Ost, transfer to a train bound for Grindelwald. The total journey will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at Grindelwald station, exit the station and look for the signs directing you to the First cable car station.
