Train
Begin your journey at Lucerne's main train station (Bahnhof Luzern). From there, take a direct train to Einsiedeln. Trains are frequent, so check the schedule for the next departure. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Einsiedeln station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Bahnhofstrasse). Turn right and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Kloster Einsiedeln on your left, well-signposted and visible from the road.

From Lucerne, you can also take a bus to Einsiedeln. Head to the Lucerne bus station (Bushof Luzern) next to the train station. Look for bus lines that go to Einsiedeln; Line 1 is often a good choice. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. After arriving in Einsiedeln, walk straight for about 5 minutes along the main road (Bahnhofstrasse) until you see Kloster Einsiedeln on your left.
