If you are starting from the Lucerne main train station (Bahnhof Luzern), exit the station and head toward the lake (Lake Lucerne). Follow the path along the lakefront promenade. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the famous Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Cross the Chapel Bridge and continue straight until you reach Weinmarkt square. From Weinmarkt, take the street called Gassen (also known as the 'Weinmarkt') and follow it to the right. Continue straight until you see Sternenplatz Square on your left. It should take about 15 minutes from the train station.

You can also take a bus from the Lucerne main train station. Catch bus number 1 or 2 from the bus terminal right next to the train station. Get off at the 'Sternenplatz' stop, which is only a minute away from the square. The bus ride will take approximately 5 minutes. Once you disembark, walk a short distance to reach the picturesque Sternenplatz Square, known for its beautiful murals.

From the Old Town (Altstadt), make your way toward the river and head towards the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Cross the bridge and follow the same route as described from the train station. This walk can take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace, and is a lovely route through the charming streets of Lucerne.
