Getting There

    Start at the Lugano train station (Stazione di Lugano). Exit the station and head towards the bus terminal located just outside. Look for bus line number 2 that goes towards 'Breganzona'. Board the bus and travel for about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Breganzona, Chiesa'. From there, walk towards the main road and continue straight until you reach the junction. At the junction, take a right onto Via al Lago. Follow this road as it winds down to the lakeshore. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the ferry terminal at 'Lugano, Imbarcadero'.

    Once at the ferry terminal at 'Lugano, Imbarcadero', purchase a ticket for the ferry to 'Orta San Giulio'. Board the ferry and enjoy the scenic ride across the lake, which takes about 30 minutes.
