If you are starting from the Lugano train station (Stazione di Lugano), exit the station and head southwest on Via Giuseppe Mazzini. This street is lined with shops and cafes, making it a pleasant walk. You will then reach the Piazza della Riforma. From the Piazza, head up the steep Via Cattedrale, which is a small street leading to the top of the hill. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will arrive at Via Cattedrale.
