Our guide was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, especially with our child, making him feel comfortable and included throughout the trip. She turned a simple transfer into a beautiful and memorable journey, sharing lovely insights along the way and always making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Her calm, caring nature and genuine warmth made the day feel very special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish this journey as one of the highlights of our time in Switzerland.
