If you're starting from the Montreux train station, exit the station and head south toward the lake. Follow the lakeside promenade (Promenade de la Gare) for approximately 10-15 minutes. As you walk, enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Keep an eye out for the 'Freddie Mercury' sign along the way. After reaching the end of the promenade, you will arrive at Place du Marché. The Freddie Mercury statue is located directly in front of the market square.

From Montreux train station, take bus number 201 or 204 towards Villeneuve. Get off at the 'Place du Marché' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will see the market square ahead of you. The Freddie Mercury statue is situated in the square, making it easily accessible from the bus stop.

If you are already on the lakeside promenade (Promenade), simply continue walking towards the east (in the direction of Vevey) for about 20 minutes. The promenade is well-marked, and you will pass by several beautiful sculptures and gardens. Once you reach Place du Marché, the Freddie Mercury statue will be visible in the square.
