From Lausanne, head to the Lausanne Gare train station. You can take metro line M2 towards Ouchy. Once you arrive at the Lausanne Gare, look for the signs directing you to the train platforms. Board a train heading towards Montreux. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Montreux, exit the train station and head towards the lakefront. Follow the signs for 'Quai Edouard-Jaccoud'. You will find the Promenade sur les quais de Montreux just a short walk from the station.

From Lausanne, take the metro line M2 towards Ouchy. Change at the Ouchy station to catch the bus number 201 towards Montreux. The bus journey will take about 45 minutes. After arriving at Montreux, get off at the 'Montreux, gare' bus stop. From there, walk towards the lakefront and follow the Quai Edouard-Jaccoud to reach the Promenade sur les quais de Montreux.

From Lausanne, you can take a boat from the Ouchy port to Montreux. Head to the Ouchy metro station (line M2 towards Ouchy), and exit at the Ouchy port. Check the schedule for the boat service operating to Montreux as it may vary. The boat ride takes about 1 hour and offers stunning views of Lake Geneva. Once you arrive at Montreux, disembark and follow the shoreline to your left to find Quai Edouard-Jaccoud and enjoy the promenade.
