    From the center of Mürren, head towards the Mürren cable car station. As you exit the station, turn left onto the main path that leads you through the village. Follow the signs for the Schilthorn and continue along the well-marked hiking trail. After about a 30-minute walk, you will reach the viewpoint that overlooks the Bernese Highlands. Make sure to take in the stunning scenery along the way.

    If you are feeling adventurous, you can hike directly to the Bernese Highlands from Mürren. Start at the Mürren cable car station and follow the hiking trail that leads towards Gimmelwald.
