Getting There

    From the center of Mürren, head towards the cable car station (Bergbahn Mürren) located at the edge of town. Take the cable car to Grütschalp, which is the first leg of your journey. Upon arriving at Grütschalp, disembark and follow the signs for the train station (Grütschalp Bahnhof). You will catch a train from here towards Lauterbrunnen. The train journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Lauterbrunnen, exit the train and look for the train signs to Spiez. Board the train to Spiez, which should take around 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Spiez train station, follow the signs leading you towards the lake (Thunersee). Faulensee is located along the lakeshore, and you can easily walk to the destination in about 10-15 minutes.

    Start your journey at the Mürren cable car station (Bergbahn Mürren). Take the cable car to Grütschalp, where you will transfer to the train station. Board the train heading towards Lauterbrunnen. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at Lauterbrunnen and switch to a train heading to Spiez. This train ride will take about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Spiez, follow the signs to the exit and make your way towards the lakeside area. Faulensee is just a short 10-15 minute walk along the lakefront path.
