Walking
From the center of Mürren, start by heading towards the Mürren cable car station. Follow the signs pointing towards 'Schilthorn' and 'Piz Gloria'. After a short walk, you'll reach the station. Take the cable car down to the valley station at Stechelberg. Once you arrive at Stechelberg, transfer to the bus heading to Lauterbrunnen. Get off at Lauterbrunnen and then take the train to Reichenbach im Kandertal. The Niesen peak is a short walk from the train station in Reichenbach.

From the main area of Mürren, walk to the Mürren cable car station and board the cable car down to Stechelberg. Upon arrival at Stechelberg, catch the bus to Lauterbrunnen. In Lauterbrunnen, board the train towards Interlaken and get off at Reichenbach im Kandertal. Once you exit the train, follow the signs that guide you towards Niesen. The hike to the peak starts from the area near the train station.
