After approximately 1 kilometer, follow the signs for 'Rhein' as you approach the waterfront area. There are several parking options available near the river, including public parking lots. Parking fees usually range from CHF 1.50 to CHF 3.00 per hour.

To reach the Rhein via public transport, head to the Schaffhausen main train station (Bahnhof Schaffhausen). From there, take bus line 1 towards 'Gipf-Oberfrick' and get off at the 'Rhein' stop. The ride takes about 15 minutes. The bus fare is around CHF 2.50 for a single ticket. After getting off, follow the signs towards the river, and you'll find yourself at the beautiful waterfront of Rhein.

If you are already in the city center, you can walk to the Rhein. From the town square (Marktplatz), head south on Vordergasse, and merge onto Grubenstrasse.
