If you are driving, start from the center of Schaffhausen and head south on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Zürcherstrasse (Route 7). After approximately 1 kilometer, follow the signs for 'Rhein' as you approach the waterfront area. There are several parking options available near the river, including public parking lots. Parking fees usually range from CHF 1.50 to CHF 3.00 per hour.

To reach the Rhein via public transport, head to the Schaffhausen main train station (Bahnhof Schaffhausen). From there, take bus line 1 towards 'Gipf-Oberfrick' and get off at the 'Rhein' stop.
