If you are driving from the center of Schaffhausen, head southeast on Bahnhofstrasse toward Grabenstrasse. After a few blocks, turn left onto Grabenstrasse and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Zürcherstrasse (A4) and follow the signs for Neuhausen am Rheinfall. After about 5 kilometers, take the exit toward Rheinfall/Neuhausen. Continue on Rheinfallstrasse, which will lead you directly to Rheinfallquai. There is parking available nearby, but check for any fees which may apply.

From the Schaffhausen train station, take the S-Bahn line S12 or S16 towards Winterthur. Get off at Neuhausen am Rheinfall station, which is approximately a 10-minute ride. You will walk along the main road (Rheinfallstrasse) and cross the bridge over the river to reach the promenade. Ensure you have a ticket for the train, which costs around CHF 5-7.
