Car
From Solothurn, head southwest on A5 towards Basel. Continue on A5 until you reach the junction with A2. Merge onto A2 towards Basel. After approximately 30 minutes, take exit 1 towards Basel/City Center. Follow the signs for Basel Zentrum. Once in Basel, look for signs directing you to the old town or Fischmarkt. Park in one of the public parking garages nearby, such as Parkhaus City or Parkhaus St. Johanns Tor. From the parking garage, it's a short walk to Fischmarkt.
Public Transportation
From Solothurn, head to the Solothurn Bahnhof (train station). Take the train towards Basel SBB. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Basel SBB, transfer to tram line 8 towards 'Riehen' and get off at the 'Marktplatz' stop. From Marktplatz, walk towards the river and follow the signs to Fischmarkt, which is just a couple of minutes away on foot.
