Train

From Thun train station, take a direct train to Bern. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bern main station, follow the signs to the tram station located within the station. Take tram line 9 towards Wankdorf and disembark at the Wankdorf stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Wankdorf Stadium located at Papiermühlestrasse 71.

Bus

Starting from Thun, head to the Thun bus station and take bus line 21 towards Bern. After about 45 minutes, you will reach Bern, where you should transfer to tram line 9. Board the tram heading towards Wankdorf and get off at the Wankdorf stop. The stadium is a 5-minute walk from the tram stop at Papiermühlestrasse 71.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Thun and take the Aare river bike path towards Bern. The ride is approximately 30 kilometers and will take about 1.5 hours, depending on your speed. Once you arrive in Bern, navigate towards Papiermühlestrasse 71 by following the local bike paths. There are bike racks available near Wankdorf Stadium.

Walking

Walking from Thun to Wankdorf Stadium is a long trek, approximately 30 kilometers. If you are up for the challenge, head towards the Aare river and follow the bike path towards Bern.
