    Bus

    From the center of Thun, walk to the Thun Bahnhof (train station). Once there, look for the bus stop that serves routes heading towards Interlaken. Board bus number 21, which will take you towards the Bernese Highlands. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to inform the driver that you're going to the Bernese Highlands, and ask them to let you know when to get off. The bus will drop you off at a designated stop close to the entrance of the Bernese Highlands.

    Train

    Start your journey at Thun Bahnhof (the main train station). Purchase a ticket for a train heading towards Interlaken Ost. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Interlaken Ost, transfer to a local bus or a regional train that heads towards the Bernese Highlands. Be sure to check the departure board for the next available connection. The entire trip may take around 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on your connections.
