Train
From Thun's central train station (Thun Bahnhof), take a direct train to Lauterbrunnen. Trains to Lauterbrunnen run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lauterbrunnen (approximately 20 minutes travel), transfer to the PostBus service heading to Mürren. The bus will take you to the cable car station at Lauterbrunnen. From there, take the cable car up to Grütschalp, and then transfer to the train that will take you to Mürren. The total journey time from Thun to Mürren is around 1.5 hours.
Bus
From Thun, you can also take a bus to Interlaken and then transfer to the train to Lauterbrunnen. Once at Lauterbrunnen, follow the same instructions as above to take the PostBus to the cable car, and then the cable car to Mürren. This option may take longer depending on bus schedules.
Walking
If you are in the center of Thun, you can get to the Thun Bahnhof by walking. Head towards the main square (Marktplatz) and continue straight until you reach the train station, which is well-signposted. The station is about a 10-minute walk from the main square.
