Getting There

Bus
From the center of Thun, head to the Thun Bahnhof (train station). Look for the bus stop near the station. Take bus number 21 towards Sigriswil. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes to reach Sigriswil. Get off at the Sigriswil, Dorf stop. From there, follow the signs for the Niederhorn cable car station, which is about a 10-minute walk uphill from the bus stop.

Begin at Thun Bahnhof. Take a train to Interlaken Ost (approximately 30 minutes). At Interlaken Ost, switch to bus number 21 towards Sigriswil. After about 15 minutes, get off at Sigriswil, Dorf. Walk about 10 minutes uphill to the Niederhorn cable car station.

If you're feeling adventurous and the weather is nice, you can walk from Thun to Sigriswil. Start at the Thun Altstadt (Old Town), heading towards the lake. Follow the path along Lake Thun until you reach the village of Sigriswil, which will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Sigriswil, follow the signs to the Niederhorn cable car station.
