If you are starting from the Thun train station, exit the station and head east towards the main road (Aarestrasse). Turn right on Aarestrasse and walk along the river Aare. Enjoy the scenic views as you walk for about 10 minutes. You will reach the Thun old town area. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rathausstrasse. Turn left onto Rathausstrasse. After a short walk, you will arrive at Rathausplatz, which is a charming square featuring the historic Town Hall.

From Thun train station, board bus number 21 towards 'Thun, Bälliz'. The bus ride will take approximately 5 minutes. Get off at the 'Thun, Rathaus' stop.
