Train
From Thun train station, take a train towards Interlaken Ost. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at Meiringen station. Once you arrive at Meiringen, exit the train station and follow the signs to the Reichenbachfallbahn cable car station, which is about a 15-minute walk. The cable car will take you directly to the Reichenbach Falls area.
Bus
From Thun, take bus number 21 towards Meiringen. The bus ride will take around 50 minutes. Get off at the Meiringen stop. From there, walk towards the Reichenbachfallbahn cable car station, which is a 15-minute walk uphill. Follow the signs for the cable car to reach the falls.
Hiking
If you enjoy hiking, you can walk from Meiringen to Reichenbach Falls. After taking the train or bus to Meiringen, follow the hiking trail signs for Reichenbach Falls. The hike takes about 1 hour and is moderately challenging, offering scenic views along the way. Make sure you have good walking shoes and check the weather conditions before you start.
