Public Transport - Train
From Thun train station, take a direct train to Bern. Trains run frequently; you can find the schedule on the SBB website or at the station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bern train station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the main exit.
Walking
After exiting the Bern train station, head towards Bahnhofplatz (the square in front of the station). From there, walk straight ahead on Bahnhofpl. 10A, which is right next to the station. The Tourist Information Bern will be located on your left. It is approximately a 5-minute walk.
Public Transport - Tram
After arriving at Bern train station, you can take tram line 9 or 10 from the tram stop directly in front of the station. Board the tram heading towards 'Grosser Mur' (for line 9) or 'Wankdorf' (for line 10). Get off at the next stop, which is 'Bern, Bahnhofplatz.' The Tourist Information Bern is just a short walk from the tram stop, located at Bahnhofpl. 10A.
