Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Thun's main train station (Bahnhof Thun), exit the station and head north toward the city center. Walk straight along Bahnhofstrasse until you reach the first intersection. Turn left onto Spitalstrasse and continue walking until you reach the Zähringerbrücke (Zähringer Bridge). Cross the bridge and take the path on your right, which leads you along the Aare River. Follow the river until you see signs indicating the path to Thun Castle.
