If you're driving, head towards St. Gallen on the main roads from your location in Thurgau. Follow the A1 motorway to St. Gallen. Take the exit toward St. Gallen-Winkeln. Continue on the road until you reach Stephanshornstrasse. The Botanischer Garten is located at Stephanshornstrasse 4, 9016 St. Gallen.
