Getting there

Car

From any location in Thurgau, head towards the A4 motorway. If you're in Frauenfeld, take the A4 towards Zurich. Continue on the A4 until you reach the exit for 'Schaffhausen.' Follow the signs for Neuhausen am Rheinfall. Once you exit, follow the signs leading you to Rhine Falls (Rheinfall) which is well-marked. There is a parking area available near the falls, and parking fees may apply.

Train

If you prefer public transportation, take a regional train from any station in Thurgau (like Frauenfeld or Kreuzlingen) to Schaffhausen. Most trains run frequently and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Schaffhausen station, transfer to the local train heading to 'Neuhausen am Rheinfall.' The total journey from Thurgau should take around an hour. The train station in Neuhausen is a short walk from Rhine Falls, simply follow the signs.

Bus

Another option is to use the bus service if you are in a smaller town in Thurgau. Check the local bus schedules to find a bus that connects to Schaffhausen or directly to Neuhausen am Rheinfall.
