From Uri, take the A2 motorway heading north towards Zug. Continue on the A2 for about 50 kilometers until you reach the exit for Zug. Follow the signs to Zug and merge onto the A14. Take the exit towards Zug city center and continue on the Blegiweg road. Follow the road until you reach Hofstrasse. The Museum of Prehistory is located at Hofstrasse 15, 6300 Zug. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee.

Take a train from the Uri train station towards Zug. Trains run frequently, and the journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Zug station, exit the station and take bus number 5 towards Chollermünt. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Hofstrasse' stop.
