From the center of Uri, head towards Unterschächen via the A2 motorway. Take exit 36-Unterschächen and follow the signs towards Unterschächen. Once in Unterschächen, continue on the main road for approximately 5 km. Look for signs directing you to Stäubifall. There is parking available near the waterfall for visitors.

Public Transportation

If taking public transportation, start at the Uri train station and take a train towards Erstfeld. Change trains at Erstfeld for a local train heading to Unterschächen. Once you arrive at Unterschächen, it is about a 30-minute walk to Stäubifall. Follow the road signs towards the waterfall, and enjoy the scenic walk through the valley.

From the nearest bus stop in Unterschächen, head southwest on the main road. After about 2 km, you will see signs pointing towards Stäubifall. The path leads you through beautiful natural scenery. Make sure to wear good walking shoes, as parts of the trail can be uneven.
